Background and Training:Â Jenn's yoga journey began over 20 years ago, sparked by a desire for personal growth and healing. After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in 2021, Jenn wasted no time in sharing her passion with others. Her commitment to continuous learning led her to pursue advanced training in anatomy, alignment, and mindfulness, enriching her understanding of the mind-body connection.
Teaching Philosophy:Â As a licensed mental health therapist, Jenn brings a unique perspective to her yoga practice, recognizing the profound impact of movement on emotional well-being. Her teaching philosophy centers on empowerment, self-compassion, and authenticity, guiding students to embrace their individual journeys on and off the mat.
